Dear pilots,
Today my eyes fell onto a shocking fact, when I was "walking through" the administration. I saw, that an aircraft had severely damaged flaps. The health of the flaps was so low, I had to give a penalty. Normally I will not do that, but repaircosts of the flaps were so extremely high, I simply had to do it. Although the penalty given was not so high, I hope the pilot will be a bit more careful whilst extending the flaps of the aircraft.
I regret, I had to do it, but, when there are no flaps left on the aircraft, it will be suicide to fly it.
The penalty will be given only once, but if this happens once again, the next penalty will be twice as high.
I hope, that our pilots will be more careful with our aircrafts. It will not only be safer for our cargo and PAX, but also for out crew and our reputation as (growing) Airline.
