You can use a comma delimited file to import up to 50 routes into VCAS.
Please use the following instructions to import routes. Failure to follow these instructions will result in route import failure.
1. You must use the numeric HUB ID and FLEET ID to import routes. You can print your hub and fleet information for reference by going to their respective areas and click on print hubs and print fleet.
2. DO NOT USE HEADERS if you are using Excel and saving as a .csv file
The headers in the image below are just for reference only.
3. Use the following layout of your .csv file.
EACH ROUTE MUST BE ON ITS OWN LINE (NEW LINE FOR EACH ROUTE PLEASE)
Save the file as a .csv file

SP = Scheduled PAX
SC = Scheduled Cargo
CH = Charter
MI = Military
4. IMPORTANT! DO NOT USE COMMAS IN THE PREFERRED ROUTE! Or the import will fail.
